Again we had about an inch of new snow. Temps were in the
high 20s at 8am and climbed into the high 30s in the afternoon. For most of the
day it was very windy with blowing snow making visibility on the lake very
poor. However, I decided to go Ice Fishing with some of my friends. We marched
out onto the lake and set up camp. We drilled down about 16 inches and reached
clear water. The days catch was 1 small salmon.
Thank goodness it was a mild day. Another mild day for Sunday and then
it is suppose to snow for 3 days..
