What a ever changing day. The morning started with temps in
the low 30s, light snow and windy conditions. But as the morning moved on, the
light snow changed to very wet snow and almost felt like RAIN. The temp
continued into the high 30s. It wasn't a ski day. From there it continued
downhill. The condo's maintenance team had scheduled a chimney cleaning for our
fireplace. After about an hour, they found holes in the chimney and red flagged
the fireplace until it is fixed. So about 12 noon, we decided to go to the
local recreation center to "Work Out". I ran 22 laps which is equal
to 2 miles and decided to call it quits. Maybe if the bad weather continues, I
will try something different, maybe swimming. After returning home, we got
ready to go to Pub Ryans for Happy Hour. The local radio station was
co-sponsoring the happy hour with prizes and giveaways. I was lucky enough to
win a pair of orange sunglasses and a pair of ski socks. The precipitation
turned back to snow and the winds picked up to over 40MPH . Tomorrow should be
an interesting day.
